Once you feel assured in your choice, Yacht Habit will initiate collaboration with various shipyards, naval architects, and designers. The team will manage the bidding process among all parties involved, facilitating smooth communication and cooperation between the shipyard, architect, and designer.

Yacht Habit will coordinate a dedicated team of surveyors, legal experts, experienced captains, and yacht managers for your benefit. Together with your legal counsel, Yacht Habit will spearhead negotiations with the selected shipyard, ensuring that timelines are met and you receive optimal value. Comprehensive discussions covering specifications, regulations, warranties, payments, and contractual commitments will occur prior to finalizing any agreements.

Once the contracts are finalized, we will initiate the construction process, appointing a dedicated yacht manager from Yacht Habit to act as your primary liaison with the broker and shipyard.
