Born in San Francisco Jason found his love for the water while growing up in Half Moon Bay. Fishing, surfing and coastal cruising created his life-long passion of everything nautical. He finished school after moving to the Pacific North-West and began his adventure.
Jason’s first venture was founding a water sports company in the Caribbean. This was followed by a successful yacht detailing turned yacht management company called Jason Wood International serving clients from Seattle to San Diego and beyond. The business blossomed and a new office was established in Miami. Jason Wood International took on the next challenge in operating the largest shipyard in the Northern Caribbean. After the shipyard, yacht sales became the next logical step.
Applying the knowledge gained from the docks and the yards Jason quickly became the boaters’ choice for a well-qualified broker. With satisfied clients from around the globe it isn’t a surprise Jason has earned the top salesman awards at two brokerage houses. He is credited with milestone new builds from Sunseeker, Ferretti/Custom Line, Bertram, Chris Craft, Nor Tech, Sea Vee, Intrepid and many more.
